Co-Branded Product Program

MOST PRODUCT COLLABS DON’T WORK, UNTIL NOW…

Overview

Cultured Group’s co-branded product program brings a company together with multiple creators to launch a series of co-branded product lines in a coordinated, strategic way. Each product rollout is timed and managed to build a durable direct distribution channel vs a one-off spike in sales.

Creators earn income through a revenue share and have the opportunity to grow their personal brands without taking on the financial or operational burden of launching a business. It combines a company’s strength in formulation, manufacturing, and logistics with a creator’s expertise in content creation and marketing.

We developed this program in response to a clear need: Many creators want to expand beyond content into products, but don’t want to become operators. Meanwhile, companies are seeking long-term, deeper relationships with creators vs one-off marketing campaigns.

Our co-branded product program has proven to be an effective way for companies and creators to establish working relationships that can evolve into deeper partnerships, including equity-based structures.

How We’re Different

Most product collaborations—or “collabs”—don’t work. They often launch with a splash, but quickly fade into irrelevance. They’re too often focused on selling more stuff with products that rarely improve people’s lives or connect to a larger mission. Worse, they’re often disconnected from a company’s broader strategy and operations, limiting long-term impact. Our co-branded product program is different.

It’s not about one-off product drops. It’s about building a coordinated series of collaborations between a brand and a community of creators. Each creator operates independently with their audience, but together they form a strategic, scalable distribution channel.

We only work with companies developing unique products that have the ability to disrupt existing categories or create entirely new ones.

Companies we work with have a clear mission and story to tell that goes well beyond selling more stuff.
